The purpose of orientation is to help you understand your role and responsibilities within the organization. Orientation is structured based on your respective position. You are expected to attend all phases of orientation until your role is covered.
Once your role is covered, you may leave the orientation. If you are interested in advancing to the next position, you are encouraged to stay for the entire orientation.
You can attend orientation in person or online.

Meet up in the lobby 10 minutes before orientation, an empower staff member will be there to bring you to the orientation.
